On May 15, 2009, the Wired Magazine blog Autopia published an article highlighting the full-service propane AutoGas Hybrid vehicle conversion and fueling services offered by Alliance AutoGas. This article points out that propane is not only one of the most widely used vehicle fuels in the US, second to gasoline and diesel, but the environmental and economic benefits of using AutoGas make it one of the most desirable vehicle fuels available today. Up to now, propane AutoGas has not generally been considered as a viable alternative fuel, but Alliance AutoGas is working hard to change that image. Alliance AutoGas is the first company to offer a vertically integrated chain of AutoGas Hybrid vehicle conversion, on-site vehicle fueling and ongoing technical support - allowing fleet managers to clean up their fleets and save on fuel costs, right now.
